The Friends Frontier™ Trademark, Website and Forum Terms and Conditions Agreement

Friends Frontier/FF trademarks and logos may only be used if you accept the following terms.
If you would like to use the Friends Frontier/FF Trademarks and Logos available at this site
please read the following agreement and if you agree to the terms and conditions, please
continue to do so. If you disagree with any of this agreement in part or whole, your rights
to use any of the aforementioned site graphics and or trademark content is strictly prohibited.
Please seek the attention of the Friends Frontier team should you have any queries or questions
regarding this agreement.

By entering the Friends Frontier website/forum, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Friends Frontier grants to the user, a nonexclusive, non-transferable, royalty free license
only to use the Friends Frontier/FF Trademarks and Logos provided on this web site/forum in
association with the content displayed that has the Friends Frontier/FF trademark shown.

2. The content may include visual, audio, descriptive or movie based content. Hardware, software,
advertising, promotional and/or merchandising materials. These can only be used elsewhere upon
reference to this website via a clear and active href link - http://friendsfrontier.invisionplus.net.
If used externally, the same referencing should apply as a clear text alternative as shown -

3. The user may not use or reproduce the Trademarks in any manner other than as expressly described
in Section A to this Agreement.

4. The user shall not assign, sublicense, make available or otherwise transfer or disclose any right
to use, develop or otherwise enjoy any of the Trademarks without the express prior written consent
from Friends Frontier.

5. As the user, you agree and acknowledges Friends Frontiers ownership of the Trademarks and shall
employ best efforts to use the Trademarks in a manner that does not derogate from Friends Fontiers
rights in the Trademarks and will take no action that will interfere with or diminish Friends Frontiers
rights in the Trademarks either during the term of this agreement or afterward. Every use of the
Trademarks by the user should inure to the benefit of Friends Frontier. Except as expressly granted
in this Agreement, you shall have no rights in these Trademarks.

6. As the user, you agree to maintain the quality of its services used in conjunction with the
Trademarks at a level that meets or exceeds our standards and at least commensurate with the quality
of the services previously described.

7. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect in perpetuity, but is terminable at the will
of Friends Frontier at any time with or without cause upon thirty (30) days prior written notice. From
and after the termination of this agreement. As the user, you shall cease and desist from all use of
the Trademarks.

8. This Agreement does not create any agency or partnership relationship. Contact Friends Frontier for
more information about partnership building.

9. By entering the Friends Frontier site, you are agreeing to abide by the Friends Frontier site Policies
which are described in Section B.

10. By entering the Friends Frontier site, you are accepting that the Friends Frontier site managers word
is final and that you will not dispute their authority should any issue(s) occur. It is the managers power
to ban who they wish for whatever purpose necessary and appropriate action will be taken to maintain the
Friends Frontier site respectability and responsibility to the general public.

Section A

Guidelines for Using the Friends Frontier Logos and Trademarks

Use trademarks consistently; note the proper spelling, capitalization and formatting of each trademarked term.

· Friends Frontier requires you to include the following notice along with any trademark attribution to
Friends Frontier: "Friends Frontier" - "http://friendsfrontier.invisionplus.net".

· Use ™ to identify Friends Frontier trademark(s) should any content leave this site for display purposes
beyond Friends Frontiers knowledge.

· The trademark notice should be placed immediately after the Friends Frontier text as a superscript character.
In this instance, do not add a space between the notice and the trademark as shown above.

· Friends Frontier trademarks and logos should not be used in a manner which suggests ownership, affiliation,
sponsorship or endorsement of Licensee's products or content.

· Friends Frontier Logos must be shown in standard proportion and orientation and should not be distorted,
rotated, reversed or manipulated before display.

· Friends Frontier Logos must not be incorporated into other symbols, images, figures or logos
without prior consent and reason for purpose.

· Any use of Friends Frontiers trademarks which is disparaging, damaging or embarrassing to
Friends Frontier is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to uses which could be deemed
to be obscene, pornographic, excessively violent or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful.

Section B

The Friends Frontier Website and Forum Policy

The following policy is obeyed strictly by the Friends Frontier team to ensure the site maintains
respectability and notoriety on the world wide web. We expect you to maintain this policy also.

Friends Frontier does not tolerate:

• Spamming


• Postings of adult material and/or links to adult material


• Postings of Warez/Illegal content and/or linking to them. This applies to descriptive/communicative methods also


• Disrespect for other members, or harrasment, albeit internal or external contact. Friends Frontier is a friendly/welcoming community, we expect you to keep these standards high.


• Multiple accounts. Should you have a problem with your account, please contact the Friends Frontier admin.


• Crosslinking of content or source material. Make sure you clearly reference any external content which you're posting if it's from another site.


• Political discussions will no longer be allowed.
